Regarding the question of alignment in an organisation, a great leader shall ensure that alignment can be achieved in terms of the organisation's purpose, culture, mission, vision, strategic orientation, goals, leadership styles, and normative and applied ethics and that its operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and best corporate, ethical and sustainability principles and responsible practices.
